What we collect, and why.
Short version: we collect what you type into a form, we use it to reply to you, and we don't sell it.

Information we collect
This site has two forms. Each one collects only what it asks for:
- Message form — name, email address, organization, organization type, area of interest, and the message you write.
- Interest form — email address, organization, organization type, and which areas of work you indicate interest in.
We do not use analytics software, advertising trackers, or cookies for tracking. This site runs no JavaScript. We do not build behavioral profiles or attempt to identify you across other websites.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry and to follow up about the work you told us you are doing. That is the entire list.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
Three third parties touch data in the course of running this site:
- Netlify hosts the site and processes form submissions. Netlify records standard server logs, including IP addresses.
- Google Workspace receives form notifications and hosts our email and calendar. If you book a call, the scheduling information is held in Google Calendar.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site. Loading a page requests those font files from Google, which means Google receives your IP address and browser information as part of that request.
Each of these providers operates under its own privacy policy, which governs its handling of that data.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry and waitlist information for as long as it remains useful for the purpose you provided it, and we remove it on request. Ask and we will delete it.
Your choices
Write to mwyman@permaffai.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop hearing from us. We will act on the request rather than negotiating about it.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law. We honor those requests regardless of whether the law technically reaches us.
Children
This site is intended for professional and organizational audiences. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
